Quick answers

Is someone in danger? Call 911 or find festival medical or security first. Wayfest isn’t an emergency service.

My friends can’t see me. Check Share my location is on in Settings, and that Wayfest can use your location (Settings → Wayfest → Location).

I’m not getting alerts. Allow notifications for Wayfest in your iPhone’s Settings, and keep the app updated.

Delete my account or data. In the app: Settings → Delete my account (or Download my data for a copy). It’s immediate.

A festival or set time is wrong. Email us the festival and what’s off, and we’ll fix it.
